Changchun Water Supply and Environmental Project (CWSEP) - A World Bank funded capital project, at US$250 million budgetary size. The project included a 60 mgd water treatment plant, a 103 mgd wastewater treatment plant, sixty miles of water conveyance pipelines with six feet diameter, eighty meter water head pressure, six intake/booster pump stations, a five mile tunnel with nine by nine feet section, forty miles of distribution main, interceptor sewer, and matched power/SCADA system.
